I've been here twice and honestly thought I wrote a review last time and yet none of the pictures I had are saved in my photos waaaaaah ok so now that I'm over my tantrum lol, this place is awesome sauce. They really take their service seriously, very attentive and everything is made to your liking. When you first walk in you get a bar feeling but as you enter through completely you get more of a neighborhood restaurant vibe. Mixed crowd of game watchers, families, birthday celebration, dates and people who just wanted to hang out at the bar. The food is good, it's your regular choice an American food menu but worth every bite, they have a chipotle sauce yeah get you some of that! Check it out for yourself especially if you like burgers, you won't be disappointed.
30 min from Queens in the Rockville Centre section of Long Island, sits this jem. The George Martin Burger Bar features uniquely shaped and hefty servings of "house fries" with a couple variations of flavoring. Instead of "bread for the table", a bucket of popcorn is served instead. After only 2 visits, they by far have the best Shirley Temples of any where I've reviewed. The staff always greets with a smile. All the customers seemed to be a regulars as, everyone greeted each other by name. It's a real boy meets world and very family friendly environment. The food was pretty good. My drink was delicious and the burger was 5 stars. They also gave us popcorn instead of bread while we waited. My only complaint is that it took a while to get our drink order in and to get the drinks to our table. Also the tables are very close so you are sitting very close to other people. Depending on how you feel about covid this may not be ideal for everyone.
